Turns out that True North Granola is a great ice cream topper! While our son was visiting us in Vermont last week we tested out our Choco Granola on Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. We added in some fresh local strawberries that we picked up that day from the Brattleboro Area Farmers Market. The result: deliciousness!
