True North takes pride in our ability to bake in bulk quantities of 100–200 pounds per batch. However, these amounts still allow our bakers to prepare each batch by hand so they are perfectly executed from start to finish. 👏
While this may seem like a lot, it’s minuscule in relation to high batch companies which are fully automated and bake upwards of thousands of pounds at one time. We are not a very automated business and that is how we plan to stay due to the appreciation our customers have for our personal touch. 💫

The True North Granola Story

True North Granola was started in 2006 by two lifelong educators, Ingrid and Franklin Chrisco. Franklin was a 5th/6th grade teacher for 41 years, and Ingrid retired in 2014 after a career as an English teacher and a middle school principal for 44 years.
