Shipping policy

Old School & Real, Inc., doing business as True North Granola ("True North Granola," "we," "us," or "our"), takes pride in getting your order to you quickly, in good condition, and at fair shipping cost.

Order Processing

Our standard is "Order In, Shipment Out by the Next Business Day." Orders placed before noon Eastern Time on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (holidays, sales). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

Where We Ship

We ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses

  • P.O. boxes (subject to carrier limitations)

International orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. International shipping rates can be substantial, and customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Email us at info@truenorthgranola.com before placing an international order so we can confirm the shipping cost. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any international order if shipping rates were not confirmed in advance.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders to the continental U.S. arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipment. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses typically take longer.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Carriers

We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail. For larger or special orders, we may use UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. The carrier and service level are selected to balance speed and cost for your shipping zone.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to appear in the carrier's system.

Curbside Pickup

If you live near Brattleboro, Vermont, you may pick up your order from our facility at no shipping cost.

  • Place your order online or by phone

  • Note "Curbside Pickup" in the order comments, or call us before ordering for a coupon code that removes shipping

  • We will email you when your order is ready

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after shipment, contact us at info@truenorthgranola.com. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if it cannot be recovered, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will replace damaged items or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@truenorthgranola.com. We will correct the error at no cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost or to issue a refund less the original shipping cost.

Refused Shipments

Packages refused at delivery without prior contact will be treated as a return. The refund will exclude original shipping costs and any return shipping fees billed to us by the carrier.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

This policy covers direct-to-consumer orders placed through truenorthgranola.com. Wholesale, distributor, and bulk orders are governed by separate agreements and invoice terms. Contact info@truenorthgranola.com for wholesale inquiries.
