Old School & Real, Inc., doing business as True North Granola ("True North Granola," "we," "us," or "our"), stands behind every product we make. If something isn't right with your order, we want to fix it.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us at info@truenorthgranola.com or 1-802-254-9200 and we will work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, a credit, or a refund.
Returns of Unopened Product
We accept returns of unopened, untampered product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.

Original shipping costs (if any) are not refunded
We cannot accept returns of opened product. For food safety and quality reasons, please do not ship opened packages back to us. If you are unsatisfied with an opened product, contact us directly — we will discuss a remedy under our Satisfaction Guarantee above.
How to Start a Return

Email info@truenorthgranola.com or call 1-802-254-9200 with your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will confirm the return and provide instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving an approved return or confirming a satisfaction-guarantee remedy. After processing, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will work with you to issue a store credit or alternative refund.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
For shipments that arrive damaged, contain the wrong product, or are missing items, please see our Shipping Policy for the reporting process. You do not need to return the product to receive a replacement or refund in these cases.
Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time by signing into your account or emailing info@truenorthgranola.com. Cancellation stops future shipments and charges.

Charges for subscription orders that have already shipped are not refundable except as described in this policy (defective product, damage in transit, wrong item shipped).

To skip or pause a shipment, use your account portal before the next charge date. We will not refund a charge that has already processed if a pause was not requested in time.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused at delivery without prior contact, or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, we will refund the product cost less:

Wholesale Orders
This policy covers direct-to-consumer orders placed through truenorthgranola.com. Wholesale, distributor, and bulk orders are governed by separate agreements and invoice terms. Contact info@truenorthgranola.com for wholesale return and credit requests.
