Five pumpkin pie spices, the second ingredient after rolled oats, give the granola much of its flavor. The spice mix even looks and smells like the pie you know and love.
Cinnamon and Cloves
Cinnamon and cloves add a bold, and slightly spicy, layer to the granola. With the pumpkin pie spices, each bite tastes like a crunchy slice of pie.
For some extra sweetness, plump golden raisins are added. While not found in a pumpkin pie, they give our granola a unique flavor.
Fragrant and spicy, ground ginger adds just enough bite to the Pumpkin Granola.
